Greetings,
We are attempting to use JMS for streaming real time
sensor data (in XML, so already a hard problem :).
Has anyone used JMS like this before?
Our tests show that the publishing rate is directly
related to network performance. For example, a
publisher and subscriber on the same subnet experience
order of magnitude better performance than publishers
and subscribers on different subnets.
We considered switching to UDP but OpenJMS does not
seem to have a UDP option. Do other JMS products
support UDP?
Thanx very much.
