[openjms-developer] Daniel Otero, new committer

I'm pleased to announce that Daniel Otero
has accepted an invitation to join the openjms
project as a committer.

I've been impressed by the volume and quality of
patches Daniel has been submitting, and am happy
that he'll now be responsible for committing
all of them.
