Summary: allow Jdbm files location to be specified

Initial Comment:

Would be nice if you could specify where the Jdbm db
files are written... currently the
JdbmDatabaseConfiguration takes a string and is
relative to the current working directory.

Other facilities like LoggerConfiguration.setFile()
allow you to specify exact file locations.

The JDBM is no longer supported by OpenJMS. The database to
be shipped with the 0.7.7 is Derby. It can be configured to write
its files wherever you like.

Closing this RFE.

Support for the JDBM is being removed post 0.7.6, so there
is little benefit in implementing this RFE.
